The Arc, situated on the top of the Clubhouse will be the central hub at Shelter, where guest can enjoy far-reaching views across the mountains and be served ‘roof to table’ cuisine from its green roof produce.
Post and Beam restaurant will enjoy 360-degree views and, with comfy sofas and open fireplaces, will be the ideal place for a cosy meal or a hangout for the day.
Russ and Daughters Café is a New York culinary and cultural icon, known for the highest quality appetizing foods: smoked fish, caviar, bagels, bialys, babka, and other traditional baked goods. The home of bagels and lox since 1914, Russ & Daughters has been continuously owned and operated by four generations of the Russ family.
