Much like the Silicon Valley in the 1990s saw the beginnings of computer technology that would change the world forever, the Hudson Valley is fast becoming a breeding ground for new and emerging building technology companies that are working to drive positive impact on the environment and the conditions we live and work in.

We are excited by these companies and others across the USA and the rest of the world and want to help incubate some of these new technologies via Shelter. These will help to create a building development that sets a precedent and to go beyond carbon neutral to a carbon negative position.
